2012 Lamborghini Aventador using Launch Control at Drag Strip – Road Test TV

Here is a short video of someone enjoying a $387,000.00 (if you can get one) 2012 Lamborghini Aventador at the drag strip in Saint-Eustache, Quebec, Canada. The video shows the Aventador using launch control during its pass down the 1/8 mile drag strip. Lamborghini claims that the Aventador will sprint from 0 to 60 mph in 2.8 seconds and we have been told that the Aventador in the video covered the 1/8 mile (200 meters) in 7.1 seconds at 106 mph (170 km/h). Using a standard 1/4 mile (400 meter) conversion, the Lamborghini Avendator should run the quarter mile in the mid 10 second range at approximatel 135 mph (220 km/h). Enjoy.
