Nissan GT-R Drag Videos @ the NSCRA Southeast Championship Finals / NOPI Flawless Expo – Palm Beach International Raceway – October 23, 2011 – Road Test TV

October 26th, 2011 by Road Test TV

The first video shows a heavily modified stock block Nissan GTR running the quarter mile (400 meters) at the NSCRA Southeast Championship Finals/ NOPI Flawless Expo at Palm Beach International Raceway on October 23, 2011. The GTR runs a 9.9 and a 9.6 @ 143 mph (230 km/h) on drag radials. During one of the runs, the white GT-R lines up against Eddie Bello’s famous (infamous) 1200 horsepower Porsche 911 Turbo. Unfortunately, Eddie Bello, who has driven this bad 911 turbo all the way from Florida to Goliad, Texas to run over 200 mph in the Texas mile, was not able to make a clean pass down the 1/4 mile in his hometown of Palm Beach because of mechanical issues.

The second video shows a beautiful modded Super Silver Nissan GTR take on a Subaru WRX at the same NSCRA Southeast Championship Finals/NOPI Flawless Expo at Palm Beach International Raceway on October 23, 2011. The GT-R runs an impressive 10.3 @ 138 mph (222 km/h) on street rubber, and the little Subaru clicks off an equally impressive 11.0 at 127 mph (205 km/h) with its little blown four (4) banger.
